Viktor Söderholm
Partner & CEO

Viktor has a master degree in International Business from ESE New York and is fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. He is Partner and CEO at Helios Homes, as well overseeing all sales operations. Viktor and his family has been on the coast for over 20 years.Â
Marc Andre Siebenborn
Partner & COO
Marc Andre has a business degree from King’s College London and is fluent in German, English and Spanish
Jean-Pierre Siebenborn
Partner & CFO
Jean-Pierre has a masters degree in Real Estate Finance from Cass, and is fluent in German, English and Spanish
Per Olovsson
Senior Property Advisor
Per is the Senior Property Advisor at Helios Homes. Having spent many years as a broker in Marbella, he has a extensive knowledge of not just the market but all other variables involved.
He advises clients on not just what property to buy, but helps with the entire process. He is fluent in Swedish and English.
Mia
Property Advisor
Mia Sophia Medd recently relocated from the UK having worked in the property market there and is fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian.
Her immense passion for property and intrinsic motivation made her the perfect addition to Helios’ dynamic sales team.Â
