Per is the Senior Property Advisor at Helios Homes. Having spent many years as a broker in Marbella, he has a extensive knowledge of not just the market but all other variables involved.
He advises clients on not just what property to buy, but helps with the entire process. He is fluent in Swedish and English.

Jean-Pierre Siebenborn

Partner & CFO

Jean-Pierre has a masters degree in Real Estate Finance from Cass, and is fluent in German, English and Spanish. He is a Partner at Helios Homes and has been developing properties in Marbella since 2014. He oversees financial operations at Helios Homes together with his 2 business partners and is currently building several Villas in Marbella with his company GP Investments – all of which are exclusive properties to Helios Homes.

Viktor Söderholm

Viktor has a master degree in International Business from ESE New York and is fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. He is Partner and CEO at Helios Homes, as well overseeing all sales operations. Viktor and his family has been on the coast for over 20 years.
